In December, SpaceX will again send cargo to the International Space Station — but this time, it will use a Falcon 9 rocket that has already flown to space and back. NASA officially confirmed the decision today during a meeting, noting that SpaceX’s upcoming resupply mission will fly on a Falcon 9 that already launched to the ISS in June. It marks the first time SpaceX will launch a used rocket for NASA, further validating the company’s reusable rocket technology.

The Defense Security Cooperation Agency has announced that the U.S. posted $41.93 billion in total foreign military sales for fiscal year 2017.
DSCA said Tuesday the figure includes $32.02 billion in deals funded by partner countries; $6.04 billion in transactions funded the State Department’s foreign military funds; and $3.87 billion in FMS deals funded by agencies within the Defense Department.

These are firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, 243-day bridge contracts.
